Privacy Policy

Do you ship outside the USA?

You cannot place an international order online, but please contact us for more information on how we can make this possible. We love international orders, but our cart sucks, you'd think that for all the money we'd spent on it, it could do this one simple little thing right?

Order Tracking and turn around time

Turn around time is about 7-10 business days due to high volume. When your package is mailed you will receive a delivery confirmation number sent to the email address you supply on your order. Most packages will be shipped Priority mail through the United States Postal Service. For orders that are requested by the purchaser to be shipping through UPS, you will be sent a tracking number at the time of shipment pick up. UPS picks up shipments here at the warehouse on Monday and Tuesday's only. If you need it sent on a specific day, UPS charges about $20 for a scheduled pickup. Let us know if you need to do that so we can include it in your UPS shipping estimate.

If you need step by step tracking that is updated in real time, every time, we offer UPS ground shipping. Please contact us for a shipping estimate prior to ordering.

Discount Policy

Only one discount may be used per order. You may not combine/stack discounts at any time. However, you may use a discount as many times as you'd like during that particular promotion until that code expires. We will do our best to combine shipments if you let us know that you have more than one order in our system.

Sale Rules

If we offer a sale at any time, sale discount codes cannot be applied to an already placed order that is in the system and we will not apply a discount code after the fact. Please make sure you use the code at the time you place your order. If you run into any site difficulties or have trouble understanding anything, please email us prior to placing the order and we will help you. If you place an order using a code and a new code is issued, we cannot and will not apply a new code to an existing order. Thanks for understanding.

What ingredients are in your soap?

Cold Processed Soaps: Distilled Water, Saponified oils of coconut, olive, rice bran, soybean, mango and shea butters, fragrance, Mica, Ultramarine color, cosmetic grade glitter, and may also contain fruit seeds or herbs or other foreign objects not suitable for children or animals.

Glycerin Soaps contain: Purified Water , Glycerin, Sodium Stearate, Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Laureth Sulphate (SLES), Stearic Acid, Lauric Acid, Sodium Chloride, Fragrance, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, pistachio seed oil, Shea butter, mango butter, Mica Colorant, May also contain Titanium Dioxide and cosmetic grade glitter, fruit seeds or herbs or other foreign objects not suitable for children or animals.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes. Contact us for more information on Grumpy Girl branded products. We do not offer private label wholesale.

Are Your Products Cruelty Free and Not Tested On Animals?

All of our products are tested completely on our two legged Family and Friends. We LOVE our animals! (Not to say we don't love our family and friends, but hey!) The monkey that answers our phones and all the email that comes in is actually quite upset that we don't send him home with anything to test for us except Cranky Cups. He'll get over it. We're also Cruelty free, unless you count that one time I got soap in my eyes in the shower while testing a new soap scent. That really hurt.

All of our products are Gluten Free! Especially the Lip Crack!

Shipping Notes

Actual transit time from us to you will vary depending on your location.   The UPS site estimates priority mail packages taking from 2-5 Business Days. If you absolutely must have up to the minute tracking information, contact us prior to ordering for a UPS shipping cost estimate and we'll ship it through UPS for you instead.

What Fits?

We can ship certain things, or a certain combination of things in a smaller flat rate box or flat rate envelope for you. If your items will fit, we will refund the shipping difference to you promptly as soon as we check email and/or review your order. I'll do everything I can save you a little bit of money in the process. Ask anyone, we're awesome about this.
Just a note... wax melters cannot ship in a flat rate envelope or ship First Class rate for any reason because the damn things are too big and heavy.

Charge Backs

A chargeback is an unacceptable method of attempting to obtain a refund by claiming you did not place an order with us as you head off to the shower to use one of my fabulous soaps that you just got out of the box that arrived at your door this morning. As the majority of chargebacks are done after the order is received by the customer or while the order is in transit, any chargeback will be viewed as fraud and handled accordingly. We have a zero tolerance policy on this matter and will not hesitate to notify the proper authorities or take legal action to make sure that we are not defrauded in this manner. If you cannot remember making a purchase, I suggest you call me first at 270-495-7013 or check your shower. The charge will show up at your bank as GRUMPYGIRLCANDLES. I really don't know how to make it any easier. I retain every single invoice record since 2004 and can tell you almost immediately what you ordered, how you paid for it, where it was shipped and when it was received and maybe even who signed for it if it needed a signature. I am not above flying to your town and I don't even care if you live overseas. I most likely need a vacation anyway.

Return Policy

Sorry, no refunds or returns at this time.

Due to the sanitary nature of our products we cannot accept returns. Ever.

Cancellation Policy

We will refund and cancel your order if the request is submitted to us in writing (email) or a phone call directly to me (Sharon), within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours the order is placed in the production area for filling and cannot be canceled or refunded. Orders that are not fully paid in 24 hours after an invoice is sent will be canceled. Should it become a habit for the buyer to not pay their invoices/orders, the ability to place an order in the future will be revoked until Hell freezes over.

Damaged Policy

In the event of a damaged parcel during transit please retain all packing materials so you can submit a claim for damage to the USPS if you have purchased shipping insurance for your parcel. We will not replace any packages damaged or lost in shipping. USPS will reimburse you for them and will handle it on their end. Please make sure you insure your packages. Also, don't try to tell me that it was packed that way prior to shipment. I think not, as the child laborers know what their punishment will be for such an infraction. Yes, they are scared of me.

We must be notified of damage by email or phone within 24 hours of receipt of the package. It is your responsibility to retain the contents, including packaging for inspection and you may be required to submit the items to a postal inspector or make them available for pickup.

Exchange Policy

Due to the sanitary nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges for any reason.

When I l personally look over your order, (and I do personally look over every order that is placed) I promise you that I will ship your order to you the cheapest way humanly possible as we always have. If you pay for a box that is too big for your order, we'll refund the difference as soon as we go over the order. If you choose the wrong size box and your order doesn't fit, we will invoice you through paypal for any difference due and your order will be shipped as soon as the difference is paid. If after 24 hours any outstanding invoice is unpaid, the entire order will be canceled and all money refunded. If you had LE items in your order, you may lose them to someone else. Ralph doesn't mind answering "what will fit" questions at all. He's actually pretty darn good at it. This is especially handy for overseas/international orders.
