Order Tracking:
We are currently going rounds with both post offices in our area that handle our packages. We are being told that standard scanning that is supposed to be done when a priority package is picked up/shipped from our location is not meant to be used as a method of tracking and may not be scanned into the tracking system until it reaches a sorting facility at a later point in delivery. Please understand your package may not be scanned into the system until it reaches a sorting facility and remain untrackable until that time. So, until we know whats going on, if you'd like to be able to track your package from our facility here to your door, you'll have to request delivery confirmation for an additional fee.

PMS Sale Rules:
We offer a once a month sale, once a month. It is random, meaning it can begin and it can end at any time without notice. We always announce the beginning of the sale through our newsletter and our facebook fan page where you can find a link to the newsletter with the current months coupon code. The PMS sale discount code cannot be applied to an already placed order that is in the system and we will not apply a discount code after the fact. Please make sure you use the code at the time you place your order. If you run into any site difficulties please email us and we will help you.
Current Shipping:
Our cart system is currently enduring PMS. We will be refunding shipping charges on orders of $75 and over (after discounts are applied, US orders only) if you pay via PayPal just as soon as we check email. If paying via Credit Card we will manually adjust your total before processing your order and charging your card since cards are not ran at the time your order is placed. If your order is over $75 after discounts are applied, you may choose in store shipping as the shipping option if you reside in the US. If you're under and choose it, we'll send you an invoice through paypal or email you if you pay with a credit card for the shipping charges. (We think Ralph had a hand in this but he's not talking.) BAD MONKEY!
Do you have a retail store?
We will be opening our first retail store in Franklin Kentucky downtown on the square. We anticipate a late September, October 1st opening. Several retail locations already carry Grumpy Girl products, contact us for more information about your particular area.
What is Handcrafted Soap?
Handcrafted soap is the art of formulating a carefully selected group of oils and putting them through a chemical process to make a perfectly balanced bar of soap that is beneficial to your skin.
What ingredients are in your soap?
Cold Process Soaps:
Distilled Water, Saponified oils of Rice Bran, Olive, coconut, palm, babassu, castor, mango and shea butters, Tussah Silk Fiber or Bamboo Silk Fiber, fragrance, Mica, Ultramarine color, cosmetic grade glitter, and may also contain fruit seeds.
Glycerin Soaps contain:
coconut oil and palm oil, castor oil, glycerin, purified water, sodium hydroxide, sorbitol, kokum butter, jojoba oil, sunflower oil, fragrance, sorbitan oleate and soybean protein, titanium dioxide cosmetic glitter and mica/Ultramarine colorant
Salt/Spa Bars:
Sodium, Saponified oils of coconut oil, golden natural painya or shea butter, distilled water, Mango butter, fragrance, Mica or Ultramarine colorant, cosmetic grade glitter.
Some soaps may also contain the following ingredients:
Plant based Fibers and cosmetic grade GLITTER! We LOVE glitter around here.

Do you ship outside the USA?
We do ship outside the USA. Due to the limitations of our Cart Software, If you'd like international shipping, please choose the USA as your country during checkout and include your address in the comment section. Confirm and complete your order but don't pay yet. We will invoice you separately through paypal for the total with shipping when we receive your order and send you a shipping quote for approval. Easy as pie! If you're paying with a credit card, please do the same and we'll contact you with a shipping quote and get your approval before your card is ever charged. and if all else fails, you can always email your order to sales@grumpygirlcandles.com and we'll invoice you. All international orders must be insured if they include any glass items. We do not offer the free shipping over $75 promo to orders outside the US.

You betcha! We personally guarantee NONE of your personal information will ever be sent to your Secret Buddy ever. Not on invoices, not on email, nothing. Wild cabanna boys couldn't drag it out of us. Select the items you want for your Secret Buddy. During checkout add the words "Secret Buddy Gift" to the comments box. When you checkout, you'll see a "ship to" section. Enter your Secret Buddy's Address here. You remain incognito. No information is ever shared with your Secret Buddy. Not even if they offer to send us spoon fudge or Cabana boys.
Are Your Products Cruelty Free and Not Tested On Animals?
All of our products are tested completely on our two legged Family and Friends. We LOVE our animals! (Not to say we don't love our family and friends, but hey!) The monkey that answers our phones and all the email that comes in is actually quite upset that we don't send him home with anything to test for us except Cranky Cups. He'll get over it. We're also Cruelty free, unless you count that one time I got soap in my eyes in the shower while testing a new soap scent. That really hurt.
And NO animal testing EVAH!
