Grumpy has serious OCD's about being late and because of this we always like to keep her happy and send out your orders within the specified time frame or sooner whenever possible. All products (Except most Soaps) are made to order just for you, and because you are unique and fabulous we want to deliver a fresh, fantastic and ever so Grumpy experience to you each and every time. Due to high demand we may run behind our posted turn around time by a few days but we sincerely hope that the fun, funky and ultra unique products will be worth the wait. If you're ever dissatisfied with anything, please do not hesitate to drop us an email immediately so we can work with you to do the right thing and keep you smiling. It's our job to be the Grumpy Girl, it's your right to be happy.
Turn around time is estimated from the day after you place your order to the day it leaves our facility, and does not include the actual transit time nor does it include weekends or major holidays.
Actual transit time will vary depending on your location on the planet and the speed and age of the snail or mule that delivers in your region.
Orders are assembled and shipped as they are placed in a first in first out (FIFO) order to be fair as often as we can.
Grumpy does her absolute best to estimate your turn around time, though occasionally we're off a little bit due to high demand, holiday seasons or wholesale deadlines.
Whenever possible we will let you know if your order is going to take a few days longer than originally stated when you placed your order.
We always try to have an accurate turn around time posted on the front page.
